Patsy Departs; To Be Replaced by a Man?
The departure of Patsy Fisher ‘81 from Alumni Affairs gives that College office the opportunity to correct its massive gender imbalance. When we last looked about eight months ago, of Alumni Relations’ 24 staffers, all but one was a woman — everyone except Mike the Computer Guy. Well, it seems that the spirit of affirmative action has been in the air: there are now four males on the staff (Assistant Director Derrick Smith ‘07, and three computer guys) to accompany 20 female staffers.
