Scrambled Eggs à la Truffe
Ingredients:
12 fresh eggs
1 large truffle
Leave the eggs (still in their shells) and the truffle in a sealed plastic bag in the fridge overnight. Make scrambled eggs the next morning in your usual way. Shave some of the fresh truffle over the eggs.
The penetrating perfume of the truffles goes right through the egg shells. Every mouthful of your scrambled eggs will sing.
Life doesn’t get much better.
