Judicial Nominees
A good article in the New York Times this AM rounding out some of the political conversation around the potential ideologies that McCain and Obama would appoint to the Supreme Court.
Obama, if you recall, promised to appoint justices with heart, an important concern no doubt for a veterinarian or a parent and even perhaps for a community organizer, but I should hope that he would consider an understanding of federal and Constitutional as supplementary criteria for appointments.
