I wouldn’t normally post about such topics, but my feelings towards this email I just received were so decidedly ambiguous in so many ways that I thought I would share:

I normally wouldn’t attend PETA or Sustainability Anonymous meeting or whomever is sponsoring this event, I would feel awkward when I walked in without my nalgene and plastic dog-food bowl out of which every meal is supposed to be eaten. Nevertheless this show looks rather interesting, as a comedy or drama, though I think at least one former first lady may have attempted a sex strike (I don’t think it accomplished much then either). But can you imagine the carbon footprint of all these fornicators?

In any event I will do my best to attend and report back because in all seriousness it does look like a good show: politics, satire, environmentalism, and classics could make a good combo.
