A short post (and some interesting comments) on PrawfsBlawg responding to the question “Can You Teach Constitutional Law Without Assigning the Constitution as Reading?”

My initial reaction was of course not. But after giving some thought to the fact that a good number of judges even or especially on the Supreme Court don’t seem to be too concerned about it, I am reconsidering my answer.
