Mark Steyn provides a necessary addendum to yesterday’s news that France, whose population is nonetheless in decline, has attained the highest birthrate in all Europe. Steyn makes plain that the situation in France—where our cartographers and wordsmiths have not yet caught up with the increasingly Balkanized fact of that country—is that Muslim immigrants, as distanced as ever from France as we think of it, are importing their very high fertility rates.
