Durham County district attorney Mike Nifong, who has conducted a many-ways illegal crusade against the Duke University lacrosse team, is coming under the microscope of North Carolina congressman Walter Jones, who is urging the Department of Justice to take up the Duke Rape Case, which Nifong has used to his personal electoral and popular benefit at the expense of justice. I haven’t the ability nor the energy to document just how shot-through this case is, or how racist its cheerleaders have been, or how subverted has been the cause of justice because of Nifong’s tactics. But if you must do the reading, then K.C. Johnson’s reams are for you.

UPDATE: Just this evening, news was released that, while several male samples were found inside the accusor, none was from a Duke lacrosse player.
