The Dartmouth Review has received the following statement from the governor: “Unfortunately, Ms. Harper takes her position with no knowledge of how the University of North Dakota has approached the logo issue. UND has handled the matter with consideration and respect for Native Americans, and the university is a leader in Native American Programs.”
