At the Volokh Conspiracy this morning, Todd Zywicki posted an update on the constitution battle. Scrolling through the many comments, I noted this gem from Walker White, who has already voted ‘no’ on the constitution:

What gets me is this: who do they think cares enough to cast a vote either way, but is naive enough to be caught by this type of [pro-constitution] marketing.
With luck, almost no one.
