Secretary of State Rice Photoshopped Again?

According to Riehl World View, TIME magazine is the latest mainstream media publication to alter the visage of the Secretary of State. Take a look at this site, on the right, three quarters down. To me, it looks like an artist’s rendering, albeit a misleadingly photorealistic one.

Maybe the media should just go back to the racist editorial cartoons of our lead diplomat; at least they were honest.

UPDATE: Here are the other photorealistic toons at TIME’s site. Hillary Clinton gets the treatment, too.
