Breaking Photographic Evidence

I cannot say from whence or via whom this damning photo came to me, as I have been informed that confidentiality on that score is absolutely necessary to protect the life of my informant. I can report only that its authenticity has been confirmed, and given recent revisions in both common sense and evidentiary standards, I feel that it could be highly relevant to the open question of whether former President Franklin D. Roosevelt was a mass murdering Communist Russian dictator. As you can see, he is sitting right next to one. A congressional inquiry is in order.
