A Spy in the White House

This is a developing story that is still very tightly packed, but the FBI and CIA are investigating the nation’s first case of espionage inside the White House. The spy is purported to be Leandro Aragoncillo, a naturalized citizen from the Philippines, who was a staffer under both Vice Presidents Al Gore and Dick Cheney. He is suspected of transmitting sensitive material on Philippine politics and politicians via e-mail to opposition movements in that country.

UPDATE: He has been charged, but so far only for spying from FBI computers, after he had left the White House.
